Chairmans Message
This year will include for the first time in Jakarta after Bali Culinary Challenge in 2008 the national selection for Asian Pastry Cup where the winning team will be going to compete for in Singapore 2010 to represent Indonesia and the chance to qualify for Pastry World Championship in Lyon France. We will be also doing Bocuse D’Or Asia selection Jakarta for preparation the national selection in Bali 2010.
One of the other highlights of this year event will be The Junior Asian Chef Challenge, where teams of Junior Chefs from neighboring country will come and compete in a hot cooking competition. This is to build up our Junior Chefs in their skill, motivations and self-confidence and also as an event for culinary exchange and science.
