Dear Young Chef Presidents,
We have had a good year and saw the Young Chefs movement growing steadily. More Chefs Associations have taken steps to focus on their Young Chefs and have set up their Young Chefs Clubs. I am looking forward to even more Young Chefs Clubs forming in the coming year and we will need your support in that. The Young Chef Clubs you are heading are doing well, as evident from the many fun-filled, enriching activities you and your committee have organised throughout the year for your members. I am really happy that most of you have been active in sharing news about your activities with one another and here on our WACS Young Chefs Facebook page. I would encourage all to do so as it really spurs each of us to think further for our members; and we can really move forward together.
I hope you have made your New Year resolutions for your club and continue working towards the visions you have set to achieve. On behalf of everyone in the WACS Young Chefs Development Team, I wish you a bright and better New Year, and a joyous holiday season. May we share the love through our cooking and food! Cheers!
