Dear Colleagues all over the World,
The Australian Culinary Federation and the Australian Culinary teams both Senior and the Youth Team, would like to wish all chefs from every team a great competition and great results !
The IKA only comes every 4 years, take the time to say " Hello ' to all the chefs who have dedicated their time to promote our profession and our great industry.
It is a hard slog, but let's enjoy the spirit of the competition and the friendship.
