The launch of our Australian Young Chefs Club (AYCC) NSW, ACT & Regions.
Thank you to Campbelltown Catholic Club for hosting our event, our sponors, members and most importantly the Young chefs who attended, as these young chefs are the future of the hospitality Industry and the YYC. An enjoyable evening was had by all, with robust conversation and laughter. We look forward to building our YCC, and being a member will demonstrate your passion and dedication to the industry, leading to networking oppertunities, competitions, mentoring and as discussed educational and social events. I and the comittee look forward to working with young chefs and seeing you as ambassadors to the industry. The next event will be announced soon.
